What do ypu drink/eat when you have stomach cramps?

Post by simplymica26 »

As much as I can, I don't want to drink medicine whenever I have stomach cramps. I normally go with natural remedy such as drinking hot tea with lemon or ginger.

Do you have any suggestions aside from hot tea?

I drink a couple of ounces of Pure Aloe vera juice. Within a couple of minutes, my stomach is feeling better.

Hot tea is my fave. Either ginger/lemongrass tea or peppermint tea.
Or consume these in a soup.

I usually do the same. If I don't have tea, I do hot water with cinnamon, lemon, honey, nutmeg, ginger. Mostly what others are saying. Or I found this tea, Stress Tea by Yogi or any natural stress tea. To relieve that tension.

I use to have severe stomach and inflammation problems. I have started drinking one 8oz glass of water with juice of half a lemon and a teaspoon of cayenne every morning. It works wonders as a long term care.

If I have a stomach ache, to soothe it right away I will eat some ginger, or take a shot of aloe vera. I also meditate which always helps to relieve stress and reduce the pain a bit.

During this period I don't used to have heavy meal. I used to take one tea spoon of honey or sometimes mixed with lemon and warm water.
