I cooked plain rice and traditional chicken with vagatables for lunch my traditional chicken you roast a little bit,cut in medium pieces boil till is well cooked then fry add onions and tomatoes then water to make a little stew

I cooked "Ugali". Ugali is an African meal made out of cornmeal(maize flour).

Okay so this was yesterday, but I made a chickpea salad with fresh herbs (basil and parsley), lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and pecorino cheese. It occurs to me now that I write all this down that I may or may not have forgotten to add garlic. Oh well, still good.

Yesterday I baked bread, made ravioli and salad. I had already made the ricotta, and so I made a filling with ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, red pepper, squash and mushrooms.
Today I plan to make peanut sauce over potatoes, mango curry tofu, and jasmine rice. Maybe a cheesecake.
