I am typically drawn to the hard-driving alternative rock of the 90s. It depends on my mood though. Classical music in a bubble bath soothes the nerves after a rough day. Classic rock from the 70s brings back good old memories. I can't do country, show tunes, opera, or rap but just about anything else is enjoyable to me at one point or another.

Lots of different music. Post Rock or Trip Hop when I am painting. Often Post Metal or Drone Metal when driving. Radiohead (or just Thom Yorke) is always a trusted standby for any occasion. :)

I really like bluegrass, mostly modern stuff. I guess some would call it folk music, but that always make me think of dirty hippies!
