I always have somewhere to write down my thoughts, feelings or ideas, but am never able to make it a consistent daily thing. Sometimes I'll make multiple entries in a single day, and sometimes I'll go weeks without writing anything.

I don't keep a diary and I don't journal. I just keep my secrets in my head.

I keep an academic journal. It's useful for keeping track of the things I get done each day

I keep a book journal. I love writing down my favorite quotes from books. I also like to draw. So I keep a journal where I draw something that I feel represents the book(s) and write my favorite quotes around it.

There is not a day that goes by where I don't journal. It is to the point that, if I have a very big decision to make, I have to write, at least a little, before I can make a final decision. It has helped me process sickness, loss, and huge career changes.

I've tried twice! Once when I was at school I used so much code to refer to things I didn't want anyone else to know about that eventually even I couldn't understand it. The second time I found myself venting too much and I would just write and write and write. It made me angry to read it again so I figured rather deal with issues face to face instead of burying them in the written word...

Yes, although I’ve been neglectful in actually sitting down to write out my thoughts or detail some things happening in my life. Mostly it’s just been interesting one lined epiphanies, questions or something I thought was thought provoking.

I've tried severally to keep a journal but to maintain the routine of frequently updating it is what i forget to do, so whenever i feel i wanna write, i just write small notes on my phone.

A diary but it's hard for me to keep jotting down my day's experience because some days are not worth remembering

I actually like to keep a diary instead of journal because diary is more compatible while journal is massive. It is the main reason
