I guess time and mood. My favorite time is probably at night, but things like my stomach issues and wanting to do something more passive make me not read as much. That and just finding good books that stay engrossing. There are so many mediocre works in the world.
Hi all. I like board games, card games, video games, books (especially children's books and mysteries), stories, cartoons, anime, manga, light novels, animation, and other light-hearted, fun things. Feel free to message if you want to chat!

It's never enough. Plus, the feeling of disappointment when you finish reading and have to get back to the real world. The world of books is a much nicer place to be in.

There never seems to be enough time to read between work and being a mother. Also I wear glasses so when I lose them it's hard to read without getting headaches.

Time seems to fly by so fast whenever I'm very involved in a book. I never even notice when it turns from dawn to dusk sometimes. The day is never long enough for me while I'm into a book.

My biggest problem with reading is that there are so many books on so many subjects that I want to read and there is not nearly enough time to spend reading them! I wish I didn't need to sleep because then I would have more time to read!

Not enough hours in the day. My to-read list is much longer than my read list.
Also, I fall asleep when I read sometimes. :P

People interrupting. No one seems to realize that I like to be left alone and need silence to read. I usually have people trying to talk to me and ask me questions about the book, which I would happily answer, but I don't like the interruptions.

Once I start a book or series I can't and don't want to stop , but sometimes I have to because of school or work. After I stop reading I forget which part of the story I was reading and I have to reread the whole thing because I feel like I am missing something about the story. Just like if you have to wait till the next book in the series comes out I would have to reread the whole series to just be on the same page as the narratives.

Mine is also the lack of time, until recently, I hadn't read a book this year for fear of not being able to finish one as a result of school engagements.

Never enough money, I suddenly hear about a new book and I want to read it right away but it's not at the library and I normally can't afford it right when I want it.
