Help opening ebook files (epub, mobi, PDF, etc.)

If the file is faulty, you should report it and ask for another copy via your Update tab.

I found an app called e reader prestigio which seems to open all files,

I could not open the mobi file except using this

5. I am unable to open it after uploading it. It says that processing failed.
I have not encountered any problem with other epub files.

5. Nothing went wrong till I tried to open the ebook on my nook, then it gave me the error message.

Which App is that? If you chose the free Kindle App, you should convert the file to Mobi via the free Calibre App.

If you want another book, you should quit it via your Update tab, NOT here.
