Well, that's quite a genre: black comedy splatter film.

I actually like those, especially when it's also a musical.

I did my best in writing a book review and proofread it multiple times...
Today I got the feedback from the editor and got really low score...
I'm a bit discouraged.

The review has good potential, but I did notice a couple of guidelines issues. I'd imagine the editor did give you specific pointers in the feedback, though? If you still don't understand anything, I'd be happy to help. Welcome to the forum!

A comic book store that is bound and determined to ruin me and my wanting to read comics.

Set up a pull list (anyone familiar with comics knows what that is, but it's a basically a hold list for new releases that you pick up periodically), and they're not setting my comics back.
Of four that they should've had, they had one, and this is not the only issue I've had (started the pull list last month, one problem is forgivable in that time frame, but several? Just, no.).
This may have cost me ever getting some of my series.

Hoping to switch to a different store, and really hoping for a better experience. Otherwise, this may be the end of my very short foray into comic book geekdom.

The cricket score today. Beaten by the Aussies.
I'm not a bad loser though, fair play to them. At this moment they are just better than us, no doubt we'll come good again. Sometimes it can be demoralising supporting English cricket but I still love it.

I appreciate your participation! Unfortunately, I cannot always be active as I have a lot on my plate.

Oh no, I love participating in this forum.
I hate that I don't get to any more than I do. :(
(Especially when it's my word! :lol2: )

It's the on-topic forums. They seem to be just the ever rotating contingent of new reviewers, and it hit me how few actually active members we have now, at least in the on-topic sections.
I just had a moment of "What's the point?" when I went to post in the general reading forum, and it made me incredibly sad. This used to actually be a community.

I'll get over it and post. :lol2:

(Anyway, I have nothing but love for this section of the forums. :romance-heartsthree: )
