No Sleep Train

Up and down and sideways
Spinning like a hurricane
Don't know where to turn
Don't know how to leave this highway.

Thoughts keep running through my brain
Can't turn them off,
Can't make them go away
I'm on this 90-mile an hour,
Ghosting through the night,
No sleep train.

When right and wrong are clear
Decisions can be made
No hesitations there
The path is straight ahead

There's no compass here
The monitor's been broken
I'm lost inside a messy sphere
Where right and wrongs exploded.

Thoughts running through my brain
