My favourite method is to YouTube fantasy adventure music or listen to asmr's of certain environments in which my scenes take place.

that's ok all genre and styles of music are acceptable as long as it empowers you. in Japan and somewhere in Europe there is this music which is nothing but pure noise. I hardly comprehend this one.

Sometimes it's the quiet that inspires, but sometimes when there's too much noice in my head I listen to even louder tunes to quiet my mind a notch. It can be classical, rock, metal, R&B, jazz, folk, you name it. That releases the pressure off of my thinking and I can get the writing done.
