I'm aiming low because I'm hoping to get to some of my longer to-read books (like The Divine Comedy, and the second GoT book, etc.).

And, of course, Moby Dick.
That's my goal too! I hope we both blow it out of the water.

Last year, I aimed for 100 books, but ended up barely making it up and felt unnecessary stress. This year, I've decided to lower that number to 52, one book per week. I'm not counting picture books or books I complete for OBC's review team. If I read more, then that's great, but I'm not going to stress out this year. :)

I think I'm going to say 50 and see where it takes me. I, unfortunately, have limited time to read. I also like it quiet when I read because I am easily distracted, so this limits where I can read. I do try though!

I would say in 2018 I read around less than 20 books as I was Painfully busy. But in the years before that, I would consume books like the wind. I'm sure since we use this site, many others can relate too. I would love to get back into the swing of things again: nonfiction, theory, craft manuals, autobiography, cooking books, comicbooks, short stories, news articles and even lengthy blog posts i just cant get enough. So im setting a low goal but i can hopefully surpass this goal of 60 books in 2019!

So I am going to guess that I will read at least two books a month meaning my goal is to read about 24 books this year. I feel like that is a really low goal for me since I read all the time and have already finished three this year .

I am aiming to read at least 52 books this year, anything above that is just a bonus! I really hope I'm able to reach the number, because I know I'm going to be really busy with work!

A book a week is a great goal to have, and very close to mine. Good luck!

Thanks! I'm hoping that way at least I'll get enough time on the weekend to complete at least one book!

All the best to you too!
