A graphical illustration as to how to put one's feet down when too much is demanded. It is said that what one sees is best believed faster than what is read. With this illustration, the authors frustrations when pressured to satisfy every whim, is duly represented as well as his method of response which let him have peace when he said NO.

This book has a great lessons for us. Most of the people don't know how to saying no. Even when they are not interested in doing some things but with this book we are going to learn. Congrats to author and BOTD.

Love that it is a self help book with a humourous twist. I think girls can especially benefit from leaning to say no without feeling guilty as you stated. Thanks for a top notch review :)

I love the theme of the book. Saying no to the extent at which people can disturb our peace of mind. The fact that it's a poetry book makes it a plus for me. Then the review is wonderfully down. Amaizing job.
