I think Storm is also my favorite. I even named a pet cat after her. I've loved watching all of her different modern iterations (plus amazing hairstyles), but I actually began to love her character by reading old Uncanny X-Men comics.

I've always liked Rouge, as well as Nightcrawler. I'm not quite sure why, but they both make me happy. I also think that Rouge's powers are really interesting and unique. Both characters stand out to me more than others. But I also really like Storm too, she's really cool. Her powers are rad. And she has sick hair too.

Colossus prior to the x-men vs avengers storyline which I thought was a terrible storyline. I thought he had a really cool power being able to turn into metal.

From the comics; Jean Grey as she became Phoenix. The movie does no justice whatsoever. The Phoenix character can do ANYTHING she wants/needs to. Fav moment: when she decided not to kill Scott when she easily could have.

Jean. I think she gets such a bad reputation, she's simply misunderstood. I especially love Jean from the orginal X- men movies. That made me love the character so much more.

My Favorite is Wolverine, and I instantly fell in love with his character right away, because he was misunderstood, and he liked to stay far away with his wife (before she died) because other people bring problems.
He never wanted to do any killing, but people always killed and messed with him, and the people he actually cared about.
So, that's when he turned into the killing machine, he is now.
He's an Anti - Hero.
That's why I love that character.

Ps. His backstory is actually pretty sad, and for his character, I've been feeling bad for almost all the characters, but mainly it's for wolverine. I just really love his character with a passion.
The Movies, are actually pretty good and the comics also.

I've loved Storm since I was little, largely because of the movies and video games and because of my family's love for her. However, since then, I've come to respect and admire many others such that I don't really have a current favorite.

I've always been a fan of Kitty, I think in the movies she doesn't have a lot of time on screen, but she was always my favorite in the comics.

Rouge is also my favorite X-MEN character; when I was a kid, I used to play to be like her. I agree with you, the movies don't do her character justice.
