How many outlines do you normally have at one time?
Follow yup: how do you decide which one to work on first, if you do? And do you ever work on more than one at the same time?

Yay, thanks, guys! Don't forget! The questions don't have to be writing/reading related... not all authors are necessarily fiction writers, so a lot of questions, I can't use for some people, and some questions I would ask anyway.
