Whit of warm

Walking over the barren land,
The crumbles of the sand,
Digging its way around,
And beneath my feet,
Got me the feels of bitter and sweet.
Alike to the land,
Has my life got pretty similar.
Because of my expectations,
Things have been extremely peculiar.
The way the pieces of the land makes its way inn my body,
Reminds me of the damage,
Occurred when i was betrayed by somebody.
Every ounce of my body was familiar to the pain,
To say it didn't hurt,
Was an understatement
The land had lust for water,
But so had i.
With the last whit of warm,
To survive,
Was another born.
