Hiphop... definitely hiphop and some RnB it helps me channel my anger and sadness and calm down but mostly if I'm feeling sad I turn to rock.

Metal is a great way for me to vent my emotions. I love the grandness of Dragon Force, but I find myself enjoying specific songs by various artists.
