I use music to help me calm down and sleep. So if I'm feeling angry or sad, then I lay down on my bed and play whatever helps that mood.

I listen to slow paced pop songs or acoustic versions of pop songs. Whenever I'm angry or my emotions try to take over my actions, I leave the place and go to my room to listen to some music. It helps me to calm down.

I like almost different genres of music but i get irritated to some rock music that is too loud in a way that it is not appropriate anymore, by the way that's only on my own opinion lol....

90's alternative music always puts me in a good mood. I think I sort of use it to escape back to those carefree teen years when I get too stressed out. Its works every time!
