What kind of music do you listen to?

This is the place for readers of poetry. Discuss poetry and literary art. You can also discuss music here, including lyrics. Also, you can discuss poets themselves, in addition to poetry.

Anyone. Does my brain agree to it? If yes, it goes straight into my playlist. If no, well delete straight away. I can listen to any genre.

I really can not say I like this and this 'cause it instantly goes with my current mood. However my playlist are outnumbered with rock music.

Probably every kind ever made. It all comes down to the song itself more than the genre for me.

My mood determines the type of music I listen to but overall I do listen to a bit of everything. Like Hip hop, RnB, Gospel.

I listen to almost everything. I am a dancer so, from classical to rap to musical theatre, you'd find it all on my playlists:) Though when I read I like to listen to contemorary instrumental music, it helps me focus.

I listen to literally anything. It generally depends on my mood and I find that I tend to go through phases. Like I'll listen mostly to one genre for a week or month or months, then I'll find something else to switch to and primarily listen to that. And sometimes I'll put on the (100s of songs long) playlist of all the songs I've ever liked and be in for an interesting experience.

I like a lot of different music. Particularly, I find Billy Joel and Neil Young to have made excellent music!!! It depends on my mood in what I listen to. There is one thing for sure though- I can not go through my day without music. It totally sets the mood for sure

I listen to almost everything. So, it depends on what I’m doing. For example, during a car ride with my mom I would just listen to some pop music cause that's what she loves. While working out I prefer alternative, hip-hop or rock.

I like all kind of good quality music from Jazz to pop, and from classical to country music. But I have some standards.

I personally listen to all kinds of music and genres. However, I love slow, calm songs that just make you sad. It isn't depressing or anything but sometimes it just helps to calm my mind from running all day long. I also love love love listening to music that makes me want to get out of bed or stop whatever I'm doing and just dance and shout the lyrics at the top of my lungs.
Bonus: music that allows you to just stare at yourself in the mirror and just sing your heart out. Some of my favorite things to do.
