I just picked up a CD of Elvis early Sun recordings at the swap meet for 10 pesos, about 60 cents. Great stuff, that raw rockabilly sound that started it all.

I just want to say that I myself am a musician and i learned from an early stage that lyrics actually make the song what it is. So to all aspiring musicians, practice this a lot! Also reading books helps so much because you need that wide vocabulary. Thanks.

Twentieth Century Fox - The Doors
In the Light - Led Zepplin
Feast of Friends - Jim Morrison (This song is hands-down a work of art)
Psychedelic/progressive rock is a gorgeous, gorgeous genre.

Two Steps From Hell is an amazing artist. Their music is very intense and epic. I usually listen to this instrumental orchestral movement when when it is a climactic moment in my book. It is very quality music.

Slow dancing in the dark is the most underrated song which is also sang by an underrated singer, Jojo. The melody of the song is slow but peaceful and melancholic at the same time. The lyrics are also sad and depressing.

Music is a huge impact on anyone.. it can make you feel any emotion. It is powerful. Without music life would be boring. You can tell what kind of mood a person is in by the music they are listening too. It also allows us to express ourselves.

I agree 100 percent. In the mornings I listen to classic rock+roll or jump music to get me going for the day and later in the day I listen to slow mellow stuff to relax to.

Music is has a very big impact on ones life. Music helps soothes the body and the negativity around you. It is the root of all feelings. The music people play are based off what they’re feeling at the moment. Music is power, a way to express how we feel.
