Music rejuvenate me and is a great stress reliever for me. I prefer to wind down with good, relaxing music.

Music influences me differently depending on the genre I'm listening to. For instance, I use reggae music to relax and heal.

The best thing about music is it has become my best buddy. The fact that I will play music when I’m sad, happy, bored, tired, and stressed is music saves me. Music is indeed pivotal in our life.

I am influenced by music in tremendous ways. It influenced me in boosting my memory, task endurance, mood, reduce anxiety and depression, improve my pain response, and work out more successfully. It influenced me to gain more interest in studying and working as it gives a relaxing tone.

Music is still one of my favorite methods of escape ! I find huge amounts of solace and comfort from songs. If anything, a good number of my favorite artists remain to be one of my greatest inspirations and "rocks" for whenever I'm having a difficult time. I find it much easier to rely on music than to rely on friends (although I do have amazing friends, which I'm always thankful for).

Music works like a therapy whenever I'm depressed, sad or demotivated. It bursts my mood up enough to get me back on tracks again.

I am not influenced by music. Maybe happy songs uplift my mood but definitely not influenced in any way. When I am listening I am influenced a bit, but once I stop listening and get back to my work, I would be the same. There wouldn't be any changes. Infact listening to music for a longer period of time gives me headache so I don't really listen to music.

When I feel angry I listen to a badass song with a badass video, I replace the character in the video with me (in my mind), and until the end of the video, my anger almost disappears.
