I no longer listen to music while sleeping. But, in the past, whenever I played Hillsongs, I was usually caught napping. It's calming, and you'll undoubtedly fall asleep soon after.

There is this one composition by Marconi Union. They specifically designed the music to alter brain waves and sink one from Beta into Delta waves, which is the frequency where we experience most relaxation (whereas the Beta wave has us on our most alert).
I rarely make it to the end of the piece, fallen asleep after just a few minutes. There are times when it takes one or two listens, but rarely.
I put four of the same songs in one playlist, so it can play them and stop instead of repeating the entire night.

Weightless, Pt. 1, by Marconi Union

Nowadays I don’t sleep listening to any music, but when I was younger, I used to put on classical music to help me get to sleep.

Piano amd violin instrumental music helps me sleep peacefully. I mostly listen to Alan's lily song in violin instrumental. It helps me to calm my mind.

I rarely listen to any music to help me sleep. But when I do, it's usually soft Worship music.

I have the app Breathonics where I listen to the ocean sounds to help me fall asleep. I know that Spotify also has lots of calming and relaxing playlists specifically made for helping someone fall asleep. The Weightless album is one known to help lower your heart rate and help your body relax to fall asleep.

Yes music helps my sleep and studies. I enjoy calm raps. Playing at a very low volume, I see it as a sweet cruise.

Personally music disrupts my sleep, and I can't have a peaceful night when music is on. I prefer total silence and dim light when I am about to sleep.

Honestly speaking, French soul music and African Rhumba are some soothing music genres for a good sleep.

Rain sounds are my go to "music " to fall asleep to.
Oldies from the 80s' and 90s' are also good. The smooth songs really soothe the soul😊

Chill music is what made me sleep. Sometimes I would play all these songs in my playlist until I woke up with still music playing. This was just a wholesome vibe.

For Tonigt by Giveon is the song that I last listened to. This is a great song that made me sleep, and I will repeat it many times until I sleep. It would help if you tried this song as well.

I don't have any particular playlist now, but according to my parents, I used to never be able to sleep unless I had Britney Spears blasting at full volume.
