What Instruments Do You Play?

Post by musiclover182013 »

Obviously, we all like to read, but I have another hobby of performing on my instruments. I personally play flute, guitar, sing, and occasionally play piano and percussion. What instruments do all of you play? Also, do you do it just in the comfort of your home or do you perform otherwise?

I've played the trombone for 6 years and piano for 10. As good as my instrumental music is, I never was able to get the hand of singing.

I played the clarinet in elementary/junior high/freshman year of high school. I then played percussion instruments from sophomore to senior year in high school. I haven't played in years, but I sure do miss playing music. Sometimes I listen to classical to satisfy that pang for music that I get every now and again.

Guitar (acoustic & electric), banjo, and if you want to count it, harmonica. Would love to learn drums & piano.

I can play the violin and the guitar. I absolutely love singing, but I'm pretty awful at it :D

I play the piano and electronic keyboard. I started when I was around fifteen and don't ever want to give it up. I'll play for hours if I have the time... and I like to MAKE time. :D I think the first piece I played was a little excerpt of Andrew Lloyd Webber's Masquerade from "The Phantom of the Opera." Yup, that's it. My favorite piece to play is Brahms' Hungarian Dance No. 5. If I couldn't make music and write... Oh, dear... What would I do?

I love to sing, too... But us guys aren't all Steve Perry or Pavarotti... Oh well...

lol! They tried to make us all learn the recorder in school and I just couldn't get the hang of it! I have a keyboard though and love to play things on that!
