After reading everyone's opinions I feel that I might enjoy this book. I do like the sound of a good fantasy book :)

Oh, hey, this is awesome! I just noticed this was a book of the month, and I reviewed it here (I'm assuming it would be okay to link to - forums.onlinebookclub.org/viewtopic.php ... mp;t=27530). I don't remember the book all that well, but I remember liking it, and I gave it 4/4. I love fantasy when done well, and I'm rather picky about it (a lot of fantasy either throws around crazy names and such that are unpronounceable and impossible to keep straight, or else it drones on way longer than it should), but Mark of the Remaker was an enjoyable read!

I don't generally read fantasy. What would recommend this book to someone who isn't crazy about the genre?

Overall, I'd rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. I loved the action, the characters, and the plot. The creation of Mythra was well done and showed a lot of creativity. I would definitely recommend it and plan on reading the sequel if he releases one.

Not really. I don't think this book is for you.

The reviews of "Mark of the Remaker" sounds favorable. I wouldn't ordinarily choose to read a book such as this but, I would relish the idea of seeing it portrayed in film. Conversely, I'm going to add it to my shelf for future reading-thanks everyone.
