Thanks Missy1234 and Bell6972 for the positive feedback. The book is definitely worth reading. It's based on true events and a good example of truth often being stranger than fiction.

This was a great review, I am going to piggyback on what some other people posted. The title is misleading, I was a little torn about what the story was actually going to be about. With the title, I felt it may be about cheating housewives, not a murder scenario. I think I may add this to my must read list. I think the thing that got me more than anything is that reviewers comments about how detailed the descriptions were. I usually find when the descriptions are really great along with a great plot, it sucks me into the story. So great review, I will be adding this to my list:)

Thanks CDJ for the kind words. I have read a lot of OBC review books and this one was one of my favorites. :) I loved that it was based on a true story.

This is a nice review. I like to read historical fiction, because I write it myself, so it's good to get ideas. It's interesting that all the wives conspired together to kill their husbands- and they all agreed to do it!

Thanks for the nice feedback. The tailor was the instigator behind have the women kill their husbands. Many of the wives were having an affair with the tailor. He was in it for the money.

This book sounds great and the straight forward writing style of the review gives me no doubt about my interest in the book. I've read a few other comments discussing the book's title and suggest a change, but it was the title that drew me personally to the book's review page. just a note!

This sounds like a fascinating story and I have to read it! I love reading books, especially historical fiction books from the 1930's and '40's. The criminal aspect makes it even more desirable to read. Excellent job on your review!

The Wicked Wives is a fantastic book. Your review was simply marvelous. I didn't want to stop reading it. The wives were so clever and yet foolish. The love of money creates wicked people.

This really is a great review. The details are awesome. The title says what it means. It makes you want to buy the book immediately. These wives are really wicked and evil. The man is to.

Good, interesting review. The title did not preempt the story but everyone that comes across the review will definitely go for the book.

The Review seemed incomplete. It should have been more detailed about the different characters. Not agreeing with the title was understandable, but the reviewer should have suggested an apt title. Descriptions alone do not make up for a good book. it should be a fast paced story keeping the attention from page to page
