What does buck 60 mean?

What does buck 60 mean?

I’m reading a book where a character weighs ‘a buck 60’. Can anyone tell me what that means please?

buck means one dollar, but in this case when written is 160

A buck is one hundred pounds so a buck sixty is 160 lbs :)
