Backup Review Team Ban Appeal Process
I hope you are all doing great!
The standard appeal process for Review Team bans can vary based on the ban reason (i.e. the allegation).
For instance, if a reviewer is banned because an editor, while filling out the scorecard for a review, marks the reviewer committed plagiarism, then the reviewer can appeal that simply by putting in a quick recheck request on the editor scorecard.
Likewise, many other bans can be appealed right on the website, no Facebook or such required.
However, some ban reasons currently require the person have a Facebook account that is at least two years old, with a name that matches their OnlineBookClub username.
That last requirement weeds out a lot of the people who are using fake duplicate accounts. Keep in mind, a single scammer could create thousands of fake accounts, and that simple requirement can weed out all 1,000 of that one person's fake accounts.
However, there are also some legit honest reviewers who get banned due to some allegation but they are actually innocent and do not have a Facebook account that is at least two years old.
Whatever the case, I want to create a second option for those reviewers who cannot appeal their ban through the standard option.
Keep in mind, this is not a replacement of the standard ban appeal process. A reviewer can absolutely still use the standard ban appeal process to get their ban overturned, and that will almost always be the best and quickest way.
This is merely a backup alternative just in case.
The alternative backup method is this:
Anyone who completes at least 30 days in my free mentoring program will be able to appeal their ban via the dashboard at:
https://onlinebookclub.org/offers/mentoring.php
If you are a banned reviewer who is innocent of the allegations against you, and for some reason the regular ban appeal process is not working for you, then you simply want to:
(1) sign up now for my free mentoring program,
(2) make sure to complete all of the required daily tasks for the next 30 days, and then
(3) appeal your ban on the mentoring dashboard.
That's it! Once you complete step 3 above, I will personally process your ban appeal for you. You will be able to personally explain your case to me, and I will personally decide for you.
Best of all, since I believe in second chances, even if you weren't innocent, I'll still reinstate you as long as you were banned for any other reason than lying or dishonesty. Needless to say, if you were banned for lying or dishonesty of any kind, and you are guilty of the charges (i.e. you actually did lie or actually did do something dishonest), then you will not be reinstated no matter what you do, in which case you don't want to bother appealing your ban in any way, shape, or form, as it would just waste your time and generate more scrutiny by my team and I over you and anyone connected to you. As I am sure you know, we have a strict zero-tolerance policy against lying and dishonesty of any kind; we do not give warnings or second chances when it comes to lying or dishonesty of any kind. The very first time we catch anyone in a lie or doing something dishonest we ban them and discontinue all business relationships with them and will not give them a second chance. Honesty and integrity are our top values here at OnlineBookClub, and I believe it is that fact more than anything that has allowed us to survive and thrive throughout the years.
If you have any questions or trouble with this process, you can reply to the most recent mentoring check-in email you were sent via the mentoring program. If you have not been receiving at least one check-in email per week, then you are not in the mentoring program, in which case you will want to sign up now for free at:

Thank you,
Scott

When you say "Needless to say, if you were banned for lying or dishonesty of any kind, and you are guilty of the charges (i.e. you actually did lie or actually did do something dishonest), then you will not be reinstated no matter what you do...," does it mean that one's plea won't be heard at all?
