I listen to music or read a typical young adult romance book. Sometimes I use certain gaming apps

I just listen to music whenever I'm stressed. It's somewhat of an outlet for me to just pour my feelings into the music I listen to or the music that I play/sing.

Listening to music then zoning in is the easiest to do for me. If there was a basketball court nearby, I'd go there as well. It's usually just turning on my laptop, surfing the net and browsing all forms of entertainment.

I listen to music or talk to myself. Try to divert my mind or think about the thing that got me stressed.

I read most of the time as a means of escaping the stress. Sometimes, I sink onto the couch and watch a movie I have seen a million times. It is like a good friend. Familiar, you know what to expect, and it always satisfies.
