In high school I used to write my thoughts down on pieces of paper in class, then tear them out so no one else would read them. These days I turn to music more for stress relief. Chocolate also helps.

When I am stressed I clean, trying to put my nervous energy into something productive. Or I listen to country music and finally start to relax again.

I am just grateful that I am inclined to do many things that help me get rid of stress. One of them is watching an anime series.

Music or writing really helps me out. I listen to my favorite bands on repeat because focusing on the words helps some everything out. And I write out my feelings because that helps more than talking to someone.

I want to be alone when i'm stressed out. I go out for a walk or sit in my room and listen to music.

When I'm too stressed to read I knit! Keeps my hands busy and I end up making something cool and/or useful
