I had a pretty good day. Nothing bad happened except the flush handle on my toilet broke but it was easy enough to fix, it was only about a dollar for a new one. I got a metal one this time, the plastic ones are cheap basura. (Garbage)

Thats for sure. Things sure dont have the quality they used to have.

I had a pretty good day except the electric went off for a couple hours in the afternoon. They usually fix things like that in a hurry, one of the head guys at CFE lives in this town.

Yeah were lucky here.

I havent had a very good day so far. My BP keeps going up and down like a yo-yo and making me feel like crap. And these pills I take control it somewhat but they also make me feel like crap. Im about to throw all these damn pills away and just eat potatoes and beets and bananas and other things that reduce BP. I think pills make you sicker than the ailment.

Natural might be the way to go as long as it doesn't make your blood pressure worse. Be safe either way.

Im going to check into natural. Its the best way to go. I could have gotten sick from some homemade lentil soup, its from an old family recipe. I ate some two days in a row and it sat in me like a ton of lead. Im feeling better today.

My sleep being off, and what almost feels like the beginnings of pneumonia (I really don't need that!).

Get well soon!

I'm finding the whole "enjoying failure" thing hard to do sometimes. I say this because I have accepted, at least intellectually, that failure is just useful data and doesn't affect my worth etc., and if I learn from it, it leads to success. In practice though, I just don't like it.
