Philosophy

Post by Dan_Wellock »

What is your personal philosophy?
I believe that philosophy and religion can work hand in hand. I believe in logical positism, which means that I don’t believe that those far out ideas in metaphysics are true and even are philosophies. I write about my code of ethics, politics, and epistemology. I believe that what is right and what is wrong exists separate from mankind in a higher power, and should not be disputed. I believe that knowledge can be gained throughout life and beyond and that knowledge first comes from belief, and then a confirmation. Belief is a big part of knowledge in my eyes.

So what is your philosophical approach?
“Nowadays people know the price of everything and the value of nothing.” Wilde, The Picture of Dorian Gray :techie-studyinggray:
Wisdom begins in wonder.” Socrates :techie-reference:
