You grumble at night
Sleeping at first light
Following me at first sight
Leaving when out of sight

Greets me upon arrival
Ignores me when I call
Sleep besides me at night
Ignores me at sight

Sniffs when I cook
Annoyed when I look
Waits for me when I walk
Annoyed when I talk

Such love from you
Makes my heart flutter
Eyes like moon
Keeps me swoon for you
