Slappin' Up A Folly

Amazin' all the foolish intricate plannin' leadin' up
Are ya upsettin' the delicate balance of the half full cup?
Master lookin' o'er His shoulder settin' the table
somehow able fit to sup
Any weight He can carry us I say with a gregarious
yup

I'm just- slappin' up a folly
slappin' up a folly
brick upon sorry brick
I'm just- slappin' up a folly
slappin' up a folly
but I still got the choice
to be of the dead or the quick

Popularized but only in ostracized in shadows
is the outcast
Basket full of oyster shells
tells that the die is cast
Great swelling n' not too much gelling amount only to guile n' futile bombast
Forget 'bout mountin' up points for style ya can bet we're still countin' up how long prolong this infantile will last?

Oh to be- slappin' up a folly slappin' up a folly
settin' up for an undetectable moan
Continually- slappin' up a folly slappin' up a folly
whadda ya get fer rejectin'
