Waves of ocean

Clam and silent
but sometimes it is violent
Beautiful waves of ocean
Sets my heart in motion


Comes and goes, from time to time
are you looking for something you lost?
Always cleaning up the grime
I wonder, you never exhaust.


Sparkling waves in rays of setting sun
To and fro, searching for someone
O mighty waves, what is your purpose?
don't wash out everything with your rage


Clouds went black, wind boosts its speed
Destructing and frightening tsunami
Waves are high as peak Illimani
Thousands of peoples life are emptied.


Someone has described, the silence before storm
Destruction caused is like atom bomb
Again changes from destructive to clam
O mighty waves, are you taking survival exam?

I think the second line has a typo, but I'm not sure. It says "clam and silent" which still could work there.
