Passion

You make me crazy
I want to rip you apart with my teeth
Devour you with passion
Tear you up; crush you
You make me furious
You make me shake with fear
I want to kill you sweetly,
Caringly

Accursed lover from the deepest
Darkest nightmares of
My brain
Beloved devil cruelest incubus
I leave you only to return
To you again

Tormented by your tenderness
Inflamed by your contempt
I’m a slave to every
Change of mood

There can be no redemption for me
My breath comes jaggedly
It is a labor not of love
But hideous desire

Accursed lover from the basest
Darkest regions of my being
The flesh is weakest when
The soul is caught within
It’s lover’s dream

This is pretty intense. I liked the line ‘It is a labor not of love’. It cleverly dodges and subverts the cliched phrase ‘labor of love’ which grabbed my attention!
