The night is too dark

It pains me that I want to
But can not see you.
Love fills my heart,
but all I can do
Is to keep you in my heart.
It pains me that I long for you,
But must refuse you
I miss you more and more,
But all I do
Is to keep you in my heart.

Silent tears are often harder to take
than wails of sorrow,
they may be quite
But hit hard
The night is too dark
