For someone who loves poetry this would be good. It sounds like she likes this guy yet has problems with him too. I like the way the reviewer handled this review. I might read it.

In the 'Official Review: Confessions of a MANAHOLIC by P. Pierre' the mature thoughts of a reader about love and romance find an expression. It allows the reader to think deeply about love and relate to the welfare and well-being of humanity. I like the way the reviewer explores the issues the book raises and possibilities it suggests!

This is a very impressive review. The reviewer clearly knows a lot about poetry and does an excellent job of breaking down the book for the reader so you know what to expect.

As a poet myself, I truly enjoy reading the work of others. It sounds as though the author has tapped into the almost manic feelings that new love seems to produce. I find poetry the most difficult form of writing to share with others. I can only describe it as holding out your soul for all to see. When your innermost thoughts and feelings are on display, it places you in a particularly vulnerable situation. Putting those words to paper can not only be cathartic, but exhilarating in the sense that you've put those thoughts out into the universe, where they may just resonate with a kindred spirit.
"There are times when the world is rearranging itself, and at times like that, the right words can change the world." - Orson Scott Card, Ender's Game

Thank you for your wonderfully detailed review :) I'm not a fan of poetry but I love the purpose that this collection has to it. I'm glad you enjoyed it.

I love to indulge in poetic pieces once in a while. So I will keep this for future reference when I might need it. Thanks for the great review.

That was a very detailed review, and it was good that you took into account what the other aspects could mean. It's a great review on poetry since it has a lot of different meanings for some people. :D

There is poetry in this short collection of poetry written in praise of love, and there is poetry in the book that tries to redefine the meaning of love.

I'm really loving poetry that challenges your thought process and perception of the world.

This poem reminded me of my youth, my first love. I liked the writing style of the author, no pretense, just simple narrative. The language was straightforward, not glamorous but very engaging. It's as if the poetess knows that using too much of symbolism or metaphors could lose the readers' interest, especially younger readers. A simple, straightforward and enjoyable read.

What to say. I am not really into poems. Although these poems are filled with passion and desire. Congrats to the author.

Such thorough review!
I don't read much poetry about love so I think I would like to try to read this one.

Even though the book explores one of my favorite themes: Love, I'm not really into poetry. Nice review though.

It is apparent that you have enjoyed the book. I love poetry with a twist. I t gives me the impression that Sharon Stone's character from "Basic Instincts" expressed herself in poetry..should be a good read.
