What are some of your favorite contemporary poetry books?

I would recommend Geffrey Davis (especially his book Revising the Storm) and Dunya Mikhail (especially her books The Iraqi Nights and The Beekeeper). I had the opportunity to see both of these poets do live readings of their work and was blown away by how powerful their poetry is!
