This novel is so interesting! It's about the problems that they encounter and about how they'll build the trust from each other and of course how they'll handle the problems that they encounter. This is a goos novel for the family that have the same situations of this novel.

Thank you for your review. As a wife and mother of two under-aged boys, I am also intrigued by the book's take on the rudiments of parenting and how the parent-children bond is strengthened. As a migrant, I have an inkling but will still be receptive for more perspectives about the stark contrasts or similarities between the socio-economic challenges of a poor third world country and a first world one's own struggles.

Nice review! I am going to add this one to my list now. I think I might be able to relate to this sort of family drama. It's always interesting to see how family members manage to work through problems.

This novel seems to typify the real world of humans with serial layers of secrets in custody of some hierarchical authority.
Such a scene unveiling at the family level makes this novel a must read for as many who thinks the family is really an agent of social change
