It seems like the book could do with a lot more consistency, especially regarding the part about strong women characters. I hope that the author will take your suggestions into consideration. Thanks for the review.

This historical fiction novel that explores the lives of several women during the 17th century in the United States sounds very enjoyable. Although I'm an aficionado of historical fictions, I'll not read this book due to loopholes—editing issues, absence of suspense, and other technical issues—identified by the reviewer. Thanks for your review.

I enjoy women-oriented stories. It inspires me. So, I think I will like this book even though it needs another round of editing. Great review.

Mallory, Your review is descriptive. All the information that a dependent reader seeks, had their presence in your review. I loved it for your professionalism. I love historical fiction but I will pass on this one.

The fact that this novel is given 2 out of 4 stars says the the reviewer is not reccommending it. But at least in the end you say you enjoyed reading it.

Thank you for an honest and detailed review. I hope the book has since been edited as I would enjoy reading a great historical fiction. I certainly wish the female characters had stronger outlooks as they seem to have overcome so much. It's good to note that great effort went into the research of historical facts included in the story.

Thank you for sharing your review with us. I enjoyed the characters and I felt their defeat in a time where women were extremely oppressed and poverty basically sealed your coffin. I am genuinely interested in finding out how it all ends.

I think this sounds like an interesting book to read. The review was detailed and I enjoyed reading it. Except for the rating which was honestly given, I believe I might consider reading the book.

I love historical fiction and I think this novel is even more appealing as it focuses on the untold stories and unsung heroism of brave women in American history. I'd like to read more and find out how Bridget and Amanda will survive in the New World. Thanks for an honest review!

A well-researched historical book sounds appealing. However, the romance bit incorporated in the book puts me off. Additionally, I'm sensitive to scenes that highlights violence or domestic and sexual abuse. The book's not for me. I love your review structure. It's awesome.

A historical book about women, though the format is not fine. Thanks for your review.
