I liked the casual tone of your review. I am not sure if I would be comfortable with a book switching to a different language, but I am glad that you liked it.

I don't mind slow parts as long as they mean something or are engaging/interesting, but the trigger topic will unfortunately keep me from reading this book. Otherwise, it sounds great- action, mystery, intrigue, romance. Nice review!

Sins of Younger sons by Jan Reid, is story of ex-Marine Luken Burgoa. Luken has been sent to deal with head of Euskadi ta Askatasuna [ETA] Peru Madariaga.Luken end up falling in love with Ysolina Madariaga's wife. There's also a sense of rape for those who are sensitive for this topic.

This definitely seems like one of the top action packed books. Your review made me feel to read it myself and the fact that you gave it the highest rating must mean it is a good read. I look forward to picking it up.
