Magic or Real Life stories

Post by Chirlerona »

Do your children prefer magical stories (fairies, wizards, unicorn, trolls you name it!) , or real life stories (school life, adventures with friends, etc)?

My girl reads both, I think she likes fantasy and magic stories a lot, but believes that reading the life stories is more cool 8)

The girl prefers magic and fairytales while the boy appreciates both classes.

I try to read both to my kids but of course they prefer fantasy right now as they are still young.

I have no children, but as a child I started out with more fantasy related things, and it branched out to all genres of children's fiction. A love of reading is translatable!
