I like the author's highlight on the effects of cancer to a family amidst to the compelling tale of Piper trying to find herself in life. Thanks for the review.

I absolutely loved this book, the characters and the story line. I think the author did a wonderful job of describing the fantasy world that Piper "finds" herself in upon her 18th birthday. I think that some of the things she finds out about those around her were a little shocking at first, but then I thought about it and it made sense. Great review.

Piper sounds like a likeable character and that's really important to me to enjoy reading about the main character. The chapters I read were good. I'm looking forward to giving this a try.

Sounds like a lot of interesting plot events. I’m not much of a YA reader, nor fantasy for that matter, so I’ll likely pass on this one. Great review!

An excellent fantasy plot. The aspect of auras described intrigued me and the story itself sounds gripping. I would definitely read this!

Prophase follows a teenage girl as she matures and discovers herself in the process. The inclusion of magic makes things even more interesting. This read will most likely attract its target audience. Thank you for the amazing review.

From the name it sounds like a biology-related non-fiction book. :D
Great review though. Good to know that it's a fantasy book.

Awwwwww ...I so loved the sample I read. The story seems so unique, I really want to read it!! But it looks like some things are lacking. But based on what I read this will still be in my must read list. Thanks for a detailed review. At least my expectations of this book will be rational.

Lack in detailing is always a shortcoming in jam packed fantasy novels. I hope I like it as much as you. Thank you for the review

Wow! Your review is fantastic. I hope I can equal this kind of review. This is actually my type of reading, and I was bummed when the free look ended, and was wanting to keep reading badly. Your review has for sure affirmed that. Great job! This also gives me a guideline of sorts for writing my first book review. Thank you.

This is an amazing review; however I do not think that this is one of those books that I would love to read. Nonetheless, many thanks for penning such a wonderful review.

This sounds like a really nice young adult modern fantasy. Coming of age novels are some of my favorites.

I dislike the fact that the characters were not all fleshed out, but I like the fact that Piper, a girl who wasn't popular at school, is discovering her personality and doing all she can to make the most out of life. Thanks for the review.
