This sounds like a great read! I like the fact that the author used supernatural elements lightly throughout the plot, allowing the characters to be the stars instead.

Thanks for another great review!

It was different than a lot of young adult books, but that's a good thing. If you do end up reading it, I hope you enjoy.

Wow, sounds like a great book. I love YA novels that aren't cliche, it seems so hard to find anything completely new these days. I'm going to keep this one on my radar!

I like that even though it's part of a series, the story was wrapped up nicely. Since it's short, I might give this a shot. Your summary certainly makes this very appealing. Thanks for the review!

I appreciate when the author uses some other means to entice you to continue the series than a cliffhanger. I hope you enjoy. Thanks!

The book is full of suspense and mystery? Yes to that! I also wonder who Aunt Mary is. The fact that the book is under 150 pages is perfect. Also, the cover page picture is captivating. Thank you for the in-depth review! It is refreshing!

I love books that include the supernatural, and that it didn't remind you of another book makes it even better. Great review!

It is good to hear that the book was unique and not the typical supernatural story that reminded you of another book. It is a talent when the author leaves you wanting to read the next book without being frustrated by loose ends. Harper and her mysterious aunt sound like they could make an interesting combo.

Thanks for the review, looks like it's going to be a good story. I like how you said it doesn't remind you of another novel while reading it, that's good.
