This book sounds like it has a lot to offer me. The parallel world part is interesting. It makes me want to dive into the book now. Thanks for a good review, Christina Rose.

It's indeed a gripping coming-of-age novel. A lot of things are shadowy here and that makes the story line a fascinating one. Great review!

I very much enjoyed this book too. The parallel worlds idea is fascinating and very well done in this story, and BJ Harrison did a great job narrating it. I myself took off a point for somewhat confusing, choppy transitions, and for an abundance of characters. I found this to be especially confusing because it's an audiobook. Wonderful review!
Happy reading! :techie-studyingbrown:

Hey, thanks for writing this review! I appreciate the detail you mention about echoes and mirror reflections because it reminds me of a different series I love: Keepers of the Lost Cities. The descriptions and disappearance of kids are reminiscent of one of my favorite books in the other series I mentioned so I will definitely be checking out the book the second I can!

I don’t think this book will be appealing to me despite it having a mix of fantasy and action. True the author tried to bring the characters to live but I think the plot is too flat so I'm not interested in this book. However, it may appeal to some people. Congratulations regardless!

I have always found the idea of parallel worlds to be a fascinating one, and the author’s take is truly unique. Dew Pellucid has created a wondrous world of shimmering beauty and dark secrets that Will Cleary is only just learning about. There is danger around every corner, unforgettable characters, and constant tests of loyalties and friendships. The author has such imagination, and you can truly feel the emotions the characters feel, and see the incredible and sometimes terrifying scenes in which they encounter.

After reading the short sample your review really helped me to understand the charm of this book. Thank you.
The way you described it above captures the intrigue and magical qualities of the story. I thought the illustrations were stunning and very appropriate.

The concept of a parallel world seems very fascinating. Your review makes the book sound so interesting. I'm intrigued to know if Emmy will be found and all the things she went through

Books about parallel worlds, like this, usually catch my attention. It's interesting to see the world from a different angle and consider the possibilities that exist beyond the physical. Stories, like The Crystilleries of Echoland, make these possibilities more real and exciting to explore.

I might be old for this type of story but this novel seems well-constructed and certainly not "tame", as sometimes happens to works targeted to teenagers / young adults. Thank you for your great review!

I've always been rather intrigued by the premise of parallel worlds, but I've never gotten a chance to actually read one. Fantasy is a genre I often read and enjoy, so in all, it is safe to say that the book looks like something I would enjoy.

A young adult book that will keep the reader intrigued with events happening between parallel worlds. I wonder where the missing children go. Thank you for your review.
