Based on the review this is a book that I definitely want to check out. I love reading fantasy stories and I enjoy reading books in the young adult genre. I also like how the story takes place in a parallel world. I can't wait to read this book.

I sampled the book on Amazon. A fantasy story, written in an intriguing manner with the portrayal of wonderful imaginative scenes. As mentioned in the review by Christina Rose, though this book may be targeted for middle-school age children, it will attract any reader of fantasy story especially the likes of fans of Harry Potter kind of stories.

I'd love to read more about the Echo land and the diasppearing children in the Sound realm. I also wonder why only Will returned and whether his twin sister was still alive. With a gripping plot and great descriptions and dialogues, this definitely looks like a well-written coming-of-age fantasy novel. Thanks for your review!

I love fantasy, no matter what age the intended audience is supposed to be. This book sounds fascinating; I've seen plenty of books and episodes of TV shows cover the idea of a parallel world in the mirror, but this is the first I've seen which explores what would happen to the reflection version of us if we die. I'm not a big audiobook fan, but I might read a print or eBook copy of this. Thank you for the helpful review.

This looks like an interesting read. Also most likely gripping. I like the theme of mirrored worlds. I believe this book should introduce us to some memorable characters.
Lovely review here and congrats to the author on #BOTD

Goof job on review, I am intriqued. I do find stories with parallel a universe interesting. I am curious what Emmy animals are since Will had the wolf and falcon for animals. As I am also a twin, I would like to know if Will and his family found Emmy and why didnt she come back when he did? Congratulations on BOTD.

like to read YA fantasy as well and from your review it seems that this book is right up my alley. I like the premise and the way Echoland was structured. It does remind one of the Harry Potter series.
Also, it is amazing that the author took twelve years to create his Echoland.

Thank you for the lovely review.

Thanks for the excellent review. It looks like this novel contains a story which unfolds parallel world that existed. This is a teen fantasy novel written beautifully. Nice the story is fast pacing. I guess this fantasy novel can entertain many youngsters.

Your review enticed me so much that I completely did not notice that this is a children's book - all of the elements make for a thriller I think adults would enjoy too. What happened to the missing girl? I cannot wait to find out!

Young Adult genre aren't for me and having mentioned in the review that the book portrays some gruesome scenes, I think i'll skip this book. Thanks for your honest review.

Just listening to the audible version was a wonderful experience. A really intriguing book, it kept me wondering if parallel worlds truly existed. This is my first book about parallel universe's and I think I would give it a try.

A Kidnapping rips Will Cleary and his twin sister from their home. Will returns, escorted by a falcon and a wolf, but his sister is nowhere in sight. That sets the stage for an adventure that takes the family to unknown lands.

Sci-fi is one of my favourite genres. This book is a cool combo of science and mystery. The parallel universe theory makes it even more interesting. I would love to read it. Thanks for making it free for one day.
