I loved all of the Harry Potter books and The Chamber of Secrets was no exception. I thought this book was fun because it introduced Dobby, the elf, who was always fun to read about. I also like that this book started to get a little darker and more suspenseful with the plot.

Two things I loved the most about this book are the way Voldemort was brought back through a diary (very clever), and Ginny starts becoming a bigger part of the story. I love Ginny!

The second book opens the story to Horcruxes although Harry himself did not know it at the time, Dumbledore did. I like the books more than the movies Harry has so much more of a character in them. Chamber of Secrets plays a key part in the series.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is more adventurous than the Philosopher's Stone. I enjoyed really the 2nd book. The 3 main characters gave their development role in the story, there were lots of spell casting and spell discoveries learned. I oove moaning myrtle, and the mystery who is the next heir.

I liked this book on the time and I have appreciated it much more as I advanced in the series. It’s amazing how important is what happens here to understand elements later on. I love how Rowling had in mind what she was going to do few books later already at the time of writing this book.
