MILLER'S VALLEY by Anna Quindlen

Post by xuanmaii »

So I've just finished the book Miller's Valley by Anna Quindlen and I was amazed by it. The book got the Pulitzer Prize and it completely deserved it. What I draw mainly from the book is the nature of everything: how we all change and everything will never remain the same, and once when we have grown up and look back we cannot come back to that state anymore and all we can do is to immerse ourselves in the past- the past made not of the place, the scenes, but more of people.

I believe there is much more the book wants to deliver, and I would very much like to hear it. If you have read the book, please share your thoughts and what you find most intriguing !
