Wow! What a good idea to have a writing contest. I was not previously aware that we had those. Will there be another contest in 2018?

I'd love to see a competition for small poetry collections! Each author submits 5 poems or so grouped in an artful way.

All of my writing has been random thoughts and reports. I am about to expand into the creative side. If this becomes a short story contest, I will probably join it for practice.

The last poll was in 2015; a new contest would be fun! My forte is poetry, but I do want to try to develop an ability to write creative fiction.

I noted that the poll for a writing contest was dated in 2015. Will there be another anytime soon? Think I might like to take a shot at the Short Story category :tiphat: .posting.php?mode=reply&f=5&t=29640#
