Despite the supernatural elements which I love, I'll probably skip this one. I usually don't care for romance books, and this one didn't capture my interest enough to try it.
Great review, though!

I love erotic Romance with paranormal elements. I think I already dig the sexual tension between Sabrina and Alessandro. who wouldn't like an Italian prince? I will definitely enjoy this book. Thank you for the detailed review.

A captivating mystery with magic set in Venice, what is there not to like? I'm glad the plot points are resolved by the end of the novel. Great review!

Thank you for this great review! Paranormal romance is definitely my genre, would love to check this book out. Also old Venice during carnival season, amazing masks and gowns - what else a devoted reader could ask for? :)

Sabrina's character seems contrasting to me. Being portrayed as independent and feministic and yet not as much. Hmm, your review is quite entertaining to read but it also convinced me that the book wouldn't suit my taste. Thanks!

I used to enjoy paranormal romances very much. But, their predictability made me loose interest in them. Even with your constructive criticism, this book getting a full score makes me want to read it since the storyline sounds interesting. Thanks for your honest review.

I'm a bit hesitant about the supernatural part of this book but I enjoy historical fiction and the Venetian setting seems fascinating. I understand how gender roles and attitudes in the past can be disturbing for us today, but I think as long as they're developed in a congruent and sensitive fashion, sometimes it's the only way to make the story time-appropriate.
Thank you for a very analytical review!

I would not have clicked on reading the book's description because of the cover, but now that I read your review, wow, this sounds like an interesting read! The plot is also original. I am putting it into my to read list :)
