Usually, I don't read books from romance genre and the only romances I read belong to at least one more genre. So, it's quite unusual for me to be interested in romances. But, your review made me curious about it. I think I will have to try it out.

I love your description of the book. It's so poetic, and it really makes the book sound like the best thing you will ever read. I find it fascinating how the book involves Atlas Shrugged, which I recall my dad reading to my brothers and I when we were kids. This review could have spent a little longer talking about the other elements of the book besides the plot, such as the audience it was written for, or if there are any swear words contained (I would definitely like to know that). However, your review does a great job of talking up the book in an interesting way, and I can't wait to dive into the story myself!

I have only read a few paragraphs from the book Looking Glass Friends by E.L. Neve and I liked what I read. In my opinion it's a jaw dropping, nail biting, attention grabbing book that anyone who likes books that have second chances and are romance novels. I highly recommend it to those that like books like that.

Wow! This book is the recipient of 15 awards from 2017 and 2018. The idea of a love so perfect seems unfathomable and almost impossible, but if found, what would it look like. I have added this book to my reading list. Thanks for the beautiful review!

Wow, what an excellent review! I was so captivated by reading the sample of this book that I had to tear myself away to come back to this review. I am definitely going to finish it. The author's writing is absolutely mesmerizing, and I am pretty picky about that as well. Thanks for a glowing recommendation!

The idea that a suicidal man finds someone who can fully understand him is an intriguing theme. The fact that they are both married adds an interesting twist to the story. I would like to read about how they resolve this dilemma. Great review! Thanks.

A love story that talks about two unhappy married couples, the nature of love, and choices sounds engaging.

Mm. . . . I'm gonna have to pass on this one. I'm not a fan of romance books and really don't enjoy books that even seem to suggest pursuing another romantic relationship while you're already in one. I'm sure this book will appeal to others, but personally I'm not interested.

Although I usually don't read romance novels, I've already downloaded this book. Then got the email to enter the drawing and read review. I must say, your review has decided for me. Looking Glass Friends will be my next big read. Thank you not giving spoilers.

I like poetical style of the book. It sounds like an intense suspense with romance. The review really was great. I'm adding this book to my to be read list.

Seems to me that Neil is suffering from depression. I do not take broken homes lightly but then, life can be very messy. Great review.

I didn't like any of the characters. They were all self-involved, and there were some things about Ellie and Neil's relationship that was just a little off to me.

Thanks for your review! I really enjoyed the quote from Atlas Shrugged that you included at the end of it. Quite a conundrum is faced by Ellie and Neil. I imagine that it's especially difficult for Ellie since she has a young child to consider. The use of email as a means of communication is very nostalgic. I'm curious to see how the pair's spouses react to this affair.
