Skye Warren, especially her latest books. The way she writes is simply beautiful, even if the subject is tragic.

Other than that I have a love of Sherrilyn Kenyon, Karen Marie Moning (love the Highlander series even if it is a tad smutty), and I haven't found a favorite for historical romance yet.
Yes, I also discovered that Nora Roberts' books have the same formula. But I love the books so much, I still read them. Another one is Christina Dodd. Awesome author. Just awesome.

My Dad influenced me on reading. He used to collect bookmarks, Postcards and books. He had a small (locked)glass shelf for his books. I used to sit there and read the author name and the titles. One that caught my eye was "Sins" by Judith Gould. It was my first "stolen" book from the mini shelf. I was 10 at that time and till date i have the book with me. My first self purchased book was by Sarah Mckerrigan "Captive Heart". I'm in love with historical romance books. I own about 30 paperback book and almost 500 plus e-books.
My favorite authors are
- Sarah McKerrigan
- Eloisa James
- Tessa Dare
- Sylvia Day
- E.L James
- Diana Gabaldon
- Lisa Kleypas and many more..

I don't think I read a lot that counts as romance, but I do love Jenny Trout.

I'm a big fan of K.A. Tucker, Meghan March and Carey Heywood.
I like romances that have some kind of thriller/drama included with them, and those three never fail me.

For me, no one is better than Nicholas Sparks when it comes to romance novels. His stories just give you the excitement that new love brings. And so far, nothing The Wedding yet.

I love many romance novelists and my favorite changes based on what am reading at any given time. To name a few - Meg Cabot, Marian Keyes, Sophie Kinsella, and Sinead Moriarty. I used to love Danielle Steele though her stories made me cry.
